Shipping & Shop Policies
We ship with USPS. Please provide your email at the time of purchase, as we will email a tracking number to you when the order leaves our shop. Please expect a 1-3 business day processing time for us to wrap and mail your order; if additional processing time is required, we will contact you at the email you provide when placing your order. After that, you can expect the following estimated shipping times (except in emergencies or bad weather):
US Shipping – USPS says it will deliver in these times:
- USPS First-Class Mail® (for small packages only) = delivery 1-3 Business days after we mail your item.
- USPS Priority Mail® = delivery 1-3 Business days after we mail your item.
- USPS Priority Mail Express® = delivery 1 Business day after we mail your item.
Shipping Outside the US – USPS says it will deliver in these times:
- USPS Priority Mail International Package Service® = usually 6-10 Business days after we mail your item, but delivery times may vary by destination.
We always try to get you your items as soon as possible, but if you have a deadline, please don’t hesitate to ask about it. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order if you aren’t sure if you’ll get your items on time.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges
We reserve the right to cancel the order if we cannot fulfill it due to time constraints, shipping or customs restrictions, natural disasters, etc. We will let you know as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order and issue an immediate refund of all funds paid to us.
Should you need to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com. If your order has not shipped, we will be glad to cancel your order and issue a refund. If your item is already in the mail, you will need to return it to receive a refund.
If you just don’t want it, please send it back in its original condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org when you send your item back, so we will know to expect it.
If the item is damaged in shipping, please let us know via email to email@example.com so we can file a claim with the shipper. We will make arrangements for a refund or replacement.
