Shipping & Shop Policies
We ship with USPS and UPS. Please provide your email at the time of purchase, as we will email a tracking number to you when the order is on its way.
Shipping Delays Are Possible – the global shipping delays also affect our suppliers. We will do our best to provide our usual shipping times, but please be aware that we cannot promise delivery times. The following timelines are are estimates that can be altered by the postal carriers.
Please expect a 1-3 business day processing time for us to wrap and mail your order; if additional processing time is required, we will contact you at the email you provide when placing your order. After that, you can expect the following estimated shipping times (except in emergencies or bad weather):
US Shipping – the mail carriers deliver in these times:
USPS Priority Mail® and UPS Ground = delivery 1-5 Business days after we mail your item.
USPS First Class International = 11 to 20 business days.
At this time, we do not offer additional international shipping, but check back for future updates.
We always try to get you your items as soon as possible, but if you have a deadline, please don’t hesitate to ask about it. Please send an email to email@example.com before placing your order if you aren’t sure if you’ll get your items on time.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges
We reserve the right to cancel the order if we cannot fulfill it due to time constraints, shipping or customs restrictions, natural disasters, etc. We will let you know as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order and issue an immediate refund of all funds paid to us.
Should you need to cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not shipped, we will be glad to cancel it and issue a refund. If your item is already in the mail, you will need to return it to receive a refund.
If you just don’t want it, please send it back in its original condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Please contact us by email to email@example.com when you send your item back, so we will know to expect it.
If the item is damaged in shipping, please let us know via email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can file a claim with the shipper. We will make arrangements for a refund or replacement.
